Rally Point Webinars worked with both the French and German offices from start to finish to ensure each webinar was properly conducted in their country's native tongue: from registration emails, to the webinar room and tools, to the live tech support agents, to the event moderator. For example, the French webinar had phone support in French, in-room chatting in French, and a French-speaking moderator.

Using its robust and customizable webinar platform, Rally Point Webinars' producers manipulated the webinar room as the live events progressed. These 30-minute webinars concluded with a Q&A segment during which multiple poll questions solicited both audience feedback and sales opportunities. Unlike other webinar platforms that force participants to click out to third-party survey tools to complete exit polls, our platform displays questions directly on screen, alongside the speakers' video feed and slides. This results in a higher rate of response from a captive audience, giving the client substantially more feedback with which to advance their marketing and sales initiatives.
